Publication Fee Policy

All submissions to the ARCENG (International Journal of Architecture and Engineering) are subject to an independent editorial screening and a double-blind peer review process conducted in accordance with scientific and ethical principles.

A submission fee is required for all manuscripts submitted to the journal in order to cover editorial and technical costs associated with the evaluation process. This fee is entirely independent of the acceptance or rejection of the manuscript and solely applies to services related to the review process.

The submission fee covers:

  • Editorial preliminary assessment
  • Reviewer assignment and peer review coordination
  • Manuscript management and technical infrastructure

Payment of the submission fee does not guarantee acceptance of the manuscript. All submissions are evaluated exclusively based on scientific quality, originality, and compliance with ethical standards.

The submission fee is charged in return for the services provided and is non-refundable, regardless of the final editorial decision.

Editorial decisions and financial processes are strictly separated. Editors and reviewers have no access to any information regarding the authors’ payment status, and the evaluation process is conducted entirely independently of such information.

The peer review process is based on academic voluntarism, and reviewers are not paid for their evaluations.

No additional Article Processing Charge (APC) is required for manuscripts that are accepted for publication.

The journal is committed to transparency and ethical publishing practices. The fee policy is applied equally to all authors without discrimination. All published articles are available in open access and are free of charge for readers.
